Fee = (1) + (2)* + (3)
 

 

(1)  Clinic fees

      $195 (Mon - Fri) or

      $245 (Sat, Sun & PH) or

      $145 children under the age of 12 years old or

      $50 for planned reviews or patients returning within 24 hours or

      $250 for selected infusions (including Iron infusions) 

      **WorkCover patients may be required to pay up front if outside of OH/unable to obtain a claim number 

       (A typical GP clinic fee is approximately $100-$150 and a Private Emergency $300-$600)

(2)  Doctors consultation and procedure fees charged at the Medicare rebate rate.

      (*Eligible Medicare cardholders can be fully reimbursed (refunded) this amount either immediately or within 48        hours)

(3)  Additional charges for prosthetics/selected medications/dressings (Only if required):

      - Moonboot: $90

      - Shoulder Immobiliser: $35

      - Wrist Brace: $70

      - Knee Immobiliser: $100

      - Crutches: $75

      - Finger Splint: $30

      - ADT (Tetanus): $50

      - Ultrasound guided cannulation/IV access $35

      - Istat Blood Test $25

      - Complex wound/Injury/Patient management e.g. Burns Dressings/Complex Lacerations/Complex fractures up        to $100 (if not covered by medicare item number)

Diagnostic radiology (CT Scans/X-ray) and pathology services during regular hours are bulk billed.

 

*Lumus Ultrasounds may have out-of-pocket charges.
